We are excited to announce that have been invited to be a part of the European Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live experience promoting the Tiger Shark Monster Truck body.
The Samson body came off our monster truck and the Tiger Shark body on!!
The container with the Tiger Shark monster truck, extra parts, tires, tools and spare EVERYTHING left our Patrick Enterprises shop on November 13th headed for the port in Philadelphia, PA then on to Manchester, UK.
The show is, for the first time, touring Europe starting in the UK, Poland and Denmark in 2020. Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live creates an immersive experience for Monster Truck fans. This is the first time the live show based on the number #1 selling toy has been released in Europe and demonstrates the expansion and strength of the brand worldwide. This new live entertainment tour will bring everyone’s favorite Hot Wheels™ Monster Trucks to life, combining Hot Wheels’ iconic jumps and stunts with epic crashing and smashing to deliver an exhilarating family entertainment experience for kids of all ages. In addition to the Trucks, each show will feature specialty acts like the superstars of freestyle motocross, world record attempts, and Megasaurus—the massive, car-eating, fire-breathing prehistoric robot who loves chomping on anything with four wheels.

As we approach October we’re gearing up for our annual Open House here at the PEI and Samson Headquarters. Each year we open our doors for one day and welcome in the public to see the inside of our operation. We’ll also have a number of trucks on display this year for fans to get an up close look at and meet their drivers as well. This year we also have two ride trucks for everyone to experience. It’s not just monster trucks here for the open house either, there will also be a car and truck show too! There’s plenty to taken in for gearheads of all kinds. For the younger audience we’ve got kids activities going on throughout the day. If that wasn’t enough to entice you, we’ve also got a variety of concessions on hand as well. New for this year we are excited to hos an awesome RC monster truck event presented by our friends at JConcepts. There will be multiple classes from modern style monster trucks, retro style monster trucks and even a mega truck class in action. As a very busy summer season got underway for 2018 the Samson Monster Truck Racing Team decided to change things up a bit for the trucks appearance. After running a few variants of designs over the past few seasons the team decided an all new look was in order for this year. An all new, modern wrap design was created and installed prior to the start of the summer at the PEI Shop. The new scheme was well received on social media and in person from fans who witnessed it first hand at its debut in Dresser, Wisconsin.
Following the Dresser event, the next stop on the schedule for the team would be in Elk River, Minnesota at ERX Motorsports Park. This event featured the largest line up of trucks outside of the World Finals with 20 trucks competing over two days. With so many great trucks in attendance it would be a challenge to battle for wins on each night, but the Samson team was up for the task. Driver Rick Steffens was on point during both shows as he marched his way through the bracket two nights in a row and picked up back to back racing victories! As the dust settled and weekend points were tallied up, Samson was at the top and claimed the overall event championship as well. It was a big achievement against many of the industry’s best independently owned trucks.

For the 8th year in a row the annual PEI/Samson Open House was a smashing success with fans and industry personnel alike visiting our headquarters in Circleville, Ohio. Once a year we open our shop to the general public for fans to get an idea of what the inner workings are like for one of the monster truck industry leaders in chassis and parts fabrication. We were lucky enough to be joined by a number of monster truck teams for the occasion as well as many classic cars that were on display too. One of our favorite events every year takes place right in our shop as we host the annual PEI/Samson Open House. It’s the one time a year where we open up our shop to the public so everyone can see what takes place inside our facility. This year we’ll be hosting our Open House on October 7th from 10am to 4pm. We’ll have plenty going on with monster truck displays and rides, a car and truck show brought to you by Utility Truck and Equipment, a Fish Fry and Tenderloin Sale benefiting Box65 and Pickaway Fire Department, as well as activities for kids. Our annual Samson/PEI Open House took place on October 7th and much like previous years the Open House was a great success with plenty of wonderful visitors and friends making a visit. Our annual Open House is the one time a year we open our doors to the general public so they can see our facility and what goes on daily. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather for the day as well as some awesome vehicles on display ranging from show cars, to truck and tractor pullers, to monster trucks of course. We’re excited to get the Samson Monster Truck back in action after a busy winter building and fabricating many parts in the PEI Headquarters. We’ll be hitting the track for the first time in 2016 next weekend at Kil-Kare Speedway in Xenia, Ohio. The annual PEI | Samson Open House is one of our favorite events of the year and we’re happy to announce that this year’s will be taking place Saturday, October 8th from 10am to 4pm at our headquarters in Circleville, Ohio. This one day only event is a chance for fans and industry personnel to interract and see what goes into making the bohemoth monster trucks come to life, from the building of complete trucks to components as large as chassis and axle housings, to the small parts like brackets and tabs. Fans will also get a chance to meet the Samson monster truck team like drivers Dan, Rick, and Allison. We’ll also have other monster trucks on display to be announced at a later date. Monster truck rides will also be available for just $5! Also don’t forget to stock up on your PEI and Samson gear as all of our merchandise will be available for purchase. We’ll also have kids activities for our littlest visitors. So make sure you save the date and come see us for the 7th Annual PEI | Samson Open House for a great time!
